The greatest gift of life is friendship, and I have received it.
National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC)
NVPC is the nation’s leading connector of volunteers and donors with the non-profit sector. We are an advocate of giving and we help people and organisations give well to causes they care about, so as to build engaged and compassionate communities for all in Singapore.
We do this by working with other non-profits, companies, and public sector bodies to facilitate and strengthen giving in Singapore, whether of time, money or in-kind. NVPC also develops capacity, leadership and professionalism in the sector through training in various aspects of volunteerism and philanthropy, and conducts key research on the giving landscape in Singapore.
NVPC is an independent, not-for-profit organisation.
Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS)
The Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS) is an independent, philanthropic organisation that seeks to inspire giving in Singapore through bridging donors with innovative grant-making to meet community needs. In cultivating a pool of active and committed donors, it provides donor-centric services, makes grants, and works with the people, public and private sectors to address a wide variety of social concerns. Its vision is to grow a sustainable culture of giving and a more connected community. CFS is a registered charity with Institution of Public Character (IPC) status.
Global Philanthropy Forum
A project of the World Affairs Council of Northern California, the Global Philanthropy Forum aims to build a community of donors and social investors committed to international causes, and to inform, enable and enhance the strategic nature of their work.
Through an annual conference and other events and programmes, the GPF connects donors to issues; to effective strategies; to potential co-funding partners; and to emblematic agents of change from around the world. By building, and continually refreshing a lasting learning community, the GPF seeks to expand the number of philanthropists who will be strategic in pursuit of international causes.
